The Chuck Eye steak, also called a Ranchers steak, is incredibly tender and rich in flavor. Chuck cuts tend to generally benefit from low and slow cooking, but because this specific cut contains some of the same muscles as a ribeye it can handle high heat cooking methods just like any other steak!
