Our black angus cattle are raised on green pastures their entire lives with freedom of choice for the grain finishing process of 120 days. In order to achieve superior taste and tenderness, our meat is then dry aged for approximately 21-28 days to achieve a taste you will never forget.

We are the Morris Family.
John and Myiul Morris farm in southwest Oklahoma in both Walters and Geronimo. They currently farm alfalfa and wheat, as well as running their cow calf operation. They strive to bring you the highest quality product everytime.

All of our premium dry aged beef ships frozen in our specialty insulated boxes, on dry ice and will arrive frozen or partially thawed.
We ship every Monday. Any orders placed on a shipping day will be shipped on the following Monday.
